Project Information

Purpose: The Project Information tab on the Project Dashboard page provides the user a single place to input and review project requirement information.

Overview: A user can input project data in the Project Information tab for quick review. More importantly, this information is distributed throughout the project. The project information is directly linked in the financial analytic where the project information values can be referenced in project-wide cost formulas. This allows for quick cost sensitivity analysis if a user wishes to adjust a global project parameter such as the required electricity demand.

The Project Information tab also allows for quick reference of project information when defining scores or screening locations based on project requirements (i.e. Must Analytics). Project Information includes Industry/product, employment, capital investment, building and site information, logistics, utilities, and some other parameters to be outlined by the client. This section is not required to be filled out completely. Site Shepherd Project Templates will come with this section pre-filled.

How To: Users simply need to enter information in the provided text boxes to the best of their ability and select units of measure to complete this section.
